RufzXP Download - Version for 2007 HST World Championships

According to IARU approved rules, independend of newer updates available, RufzXP version 1.1.1 will be used for 2007 HST World Championships.
If MS .NET Framework 1.1 has been installed

General software requirements are equal to the most recent RufzXP version.
