This is a private non-profit website.
Submission of RufzXP Scores, Comments, Pictures
Submitted data of RufzXP runs (scores), user comments and user pictures are being stored for generation and administration of RufzXP Toplist only.
All data will not be passed to any 3rd party unless required by law.
By submitting scores, comments and pictures you accept data to be stored and used for the above-mentioned purposes.
Score submissions will be confirmed by web site administrator by un-encrypted e-mails.
If confirmation mails are not wished, it can be mentioned in the submission mails or inform website administrator separately.
Contact Form
Data of contact forms will be transferred to website administrator via users own e-mail client and stored at website administrators e-mail server and locally at website administrator. Data will be used to answer the inquiries only.

By sending contact form inquires you accept data to be stored and used for the above-mentioned purposes.
Contact form inquires will be answered by web site administrator by un-encrypted e-mail.
This is mentioned at contact form. By sending out the contact form mail this is accepted by user.

Server-Log-Files
To support functionality of website and to optimize website services website provider automatically stores access data in server-log files.

- Anonymized domain of client
- Data and time of server request
Due to anonymized client domain data users cannot be tracked individually. Server Log files are stored for 6 weeks. Aggregated and anonymized data are stored by the web-site provider without time limitation.
User Rights
Acceptance to store and use personal data can be withdrawn free of charge any time by e-mail request to website administrator. Of course, acceptance for partial data can be withdrawn as well.
You may ask free of charge at any time which personal data of you are stored.
